Our Story

After helping families for years find just the right senior living situation, Jen Dowda decided to do things differently. Her services would still be free, but she wanted to offer her families more. She wanted to surround her families with talented, gifted, compassionate and experienced people who could guide them through this challenging time. She asked herself, “What do families need? And who can I ask to join me as I help them?” It is by answering these questions that Dowda Senior Consultants was born.

Jen Dowda BA, MA, has been blessed to work with seniors and their families for more than 9 years. As pastor’s wife and mother of 4, she loves nothing more than to be able to take care of others. Starting this company has literally been a dream come true — a culmination of all her strongest gifts and longings.
