Ashleigh Davis is the Chief Operating Officer at Dowda Senior Consultants. Specializing in memory care support, education and operations for the past 10 years, Ashleigh uses her experience to connect and support families walking the dementia journey. Prior to joining DSC, Ashleigh was the Executive Director of one of Richmond’s best Senior Living communities where she led her team with kindness, cared for her residents with love and poured all of herself into every bit of it.

By focusing on supporting individuals living with dementia and their families, and helping them achieve their goals, Ashleigh has been able to put her degree in Recreation Therapy from Old Dominion University to good use. Over the years, Ashleigh has continued to grow and learn more about the senior living industry and has obtained numerous certifications. She is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Certified Dementia Practitioner, Assisted Living Licensed Administrator and Dementia Sales Advisor.
