Maureen Donohue, MS

Maureen Donohue is the DSC Intake Specialist and serves as part of the Dowda Care Team.  She graduated from VCU with her Master’s Degree in Gerontology and a minor in Social Work.  Through her various work at the state, local and private sector level, she has gained valuable knowledge, skills and experience working with older adults.  She is the first voice you hear when you call Dowda or send in an inquiry over the website and her goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible when sharing your story while setting our clients up for success with resources and our Senior Advisors. Maureen enjoys spending time with her clients, while providing them with compassion, guidance and support during their journey.
